Weekly Schedule Information

Mondays:

6 pm Mindfulness & Movement

This class invites you to join a supportive community and a wonderful group of people who want to learn more about themselves and find genuine discussion with others. When you book this class you can expect 30 minutes spent on gentle yoga/movement followed by 30 minutes of group discussion on a rotation of topics around mindfulness, self-compassion, and mental health.

Past topics have included finding forgiveness, self-compassion, anger in relationships, and the physiology of criticism. You will be offered weekly goals to explore the topic individually and report back on the following week.

This is a great class to attend if you are new to yoga, want more support and community in your life, or want to learn more about mental health practices!

Tuesdays:

6:30 pm Evening Yoga

Evening Yoga classes can range from gentle flow to vinyasa practices depending on the needs of the students in attendance This class is taught in a relaxed way and is open to accommodate all levels of yoga students.

7:30 pm Yoga for Relaxation

This practice is based on letting your body and mind find relaxation. During this class, you will be relaxing in gentle reclined or seated postures while being fully supported by comfortable cushions and blankets. Essential oils, gentle music, and a sound bowl are all used to set the atmosphere for total relaxation.

All Bodies Yoga:

All Bodies Yoga meets every 4 weeks and is a class centered around yoga accessibility for all bodies.

-This class will give you the space to find yoga poses in your unique body.

-Learn prop options to make poses more accessible or challenging depending on your needs.

-Try out poses in many variations and forms so you can find one that fits you best.

Let go of the fear, shame, or judgment towards your body, and find joy in embracing movement.

This class welcomes all body and ability types. LGBTQ+ friendly.

Couples Yoga/ Thai Massage- Free Community Events

Deepen the connection between you and your partner through couples stretching and Thai massage.

Couples will be led through gentle partner stretches practicing moving together, communicating their wants/needs in each pose, and giving loving touch to one another through Thai massage.

These community events are free. However, if you would like to show your appreciation and tip your hosts feel free to bring cash to the event or send some love over through Venmo.

New/Full Moon Intention Setting and Sound Bath- Free Community Events

Cultivate space to find change, renewal, and rebirth within your life. Shed the past and step into your inner power to embrace the future.

This two-hour class invites you to take time and reset for the new moon. You will be guided through New/Full moon journaling and intention-setting prompts, and a sound bath. You will be in a community with like-minded people here to support you on your journey. We hope to have you join us for this transformational experience bringing you into the new cycle of the moon.

Private Yoga Classes

Why choose private yoga?

This class option gives you all the customization and flexibility. When meeting for a private yoga class we get to collaborate on what you need session to session giving you the freedom to not get stuck in the same few group class-type options. Private yoga classes also give you the ability to schedule for a time that works best for you. Cut down on drive time and take the class from home or squeeze a class in between meetings at the office without ever having to leave. The instructor can come to you or the class can be held in the studio.
