You’re Invited to share this special day!

Brooklyn and I are so excited to have you join us for our wedding campout. We are ready for a fun and casual celebration where we can spend time with our dearest friends and family. The wedding weekend will be held at a camp spot in Sun Valley, Idaho. We will be camping out from Friday to Sunday with any guests who want to join us. Whether you are in a tent, camper, or RV we will be happy to have you hangout. There are also hotel options available in Ketchum or Hailey Idaho, if camping is not your style. Our ceremony will start at 3pm on Saturday June 25th followed by a reception at 5pm. We hope you can stay for some outdoor yard games (giant Jenga, croquet, 9 square, etc.), dinner, dessert, and of course lots of dancing to some groovy tunes.

Gifts

If you would like to bring a gift to the wedding here are some ideas :) but also, feel free to just bring your gorgeous self.

• If you want to bring something for the reception to help out instead of a traditional wedding gift let us know!! There are lots of food, décor, and other assignments which we would love your help with if that is what you want to gift us.

Friday-

Ceremony Rehearsal: If you are in the wedding party we will be meeting at 5 pm to rehearse.

Rehearsal dinner: 6:30 pm for any guests camping out who want to join us. Bring smores stuff if you would like :)

Saturday-

Potluck Breakfast: 8:00 am If you can bring something to share for about 10-20 servings

Ceremony: 3 pm- exchanging of vows, handfasting, and Quaich ceremony

Followed by: Snacks, family photos, setting up for the reception

Reception: 5:30 pm- Yard games, dinner, dancing, and dessert

Sunday-

Potluck Breakfast: 8:30 am If you can bring something to share for about 10-20 servings.

Location

The Wedding Ceremony will take place up the Spruce Creek Summer Home area in Sun Valley, Idaho. Follow this pin for the exact location via google maps. Spruce Creek Road coordinates 43.79892946669461, -114.59025273135502. We will also mark the turn-off.

The Reception and camping spot for those staying the weekend will be up Prairie Creek Road about 5 minutes northwest of the ceremony location (1 mile). We will be in spots 15, 13, 9, and 8. Follow this pin for the exact location via google maps. Prairie Creek trailhead coordinates 43.81710244685976, -114.5973870699717. We will also mark the turn-off with some balloons. If you are coming from Ketchum it is a left-hand turn off the highway.

There is no cell service in the area, so check-in and plan as needed. Brooklyn and I will be out of cell service most of the day from Monday 6/20/22 throughout the week up to the wedding. If you need to reach us after Friday you can download the Zoleo app and message my number through the app which is used as a satellite phone. This is a limited plan so please only reach out if absolutely necessary. Messages sent with the Zoleo app may also take an hour or two to fully send as well.
