About Me
Hello Iām Janae :)
I am passionate about sharing trauma informed yoga practices and teaching mindfulness and self-compassion techniques to others. A fun fact about me, I knew I was meant to be a teacher after a palm reading I recieved when I was 18 living in California. I am currently going to school for a behavioral health degree with an emphasis in trauma. I have been teaching yoga since 2016 and received my trauma informed certification from The Justice Resource Institute in 2020. I love learning and teaching about the connection between what we think and how we feel.
When I am not in the studio you can usually find me hanging out with my cats at home or outside enjoying the beautiful Idaho seasons.
